Refunds and Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund. There is a 10% restocking fee on ALL returns and the buyer pays the return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  We do not accept products that are intimates, such as bras, underwear, bodysuit and swimsuits, due to health and safety reasons. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that has visible signs of wear. We do not accept returns of items that you have worn.
